Slight setback

Yesterday I was all set to work out, however when I got the gym I saw a bunch of guy playing basketball. And of course stupid me I just right in to play with them. This was stupid on a few levels. First it’s not conducive to me achieving my goal of 200lbs but also because my legs were still hurting from my squat work out!

On a good note I weighed myself and had my body fat taken.

According to the bio-impedance my body fat is around 12.8% however the problem with bio-impedance is that it can be thrown off by how hydrated you are and when you last ate. But either way if I was to go by that I’ve come down 2%, but again I don’t really trust the accuracy of these machines when it comes to lean people.

Fortunately I also had it checked with a 3 point caliper pinching. And according to that, I was at 6.2%.

The last time I had it done with calipers was august of 2007 and I was around 4.5% then if I remember correctly. So no big changes by the numbers but mentally I think I’m like the Pillsbury doughboy!
