She’s got to be kidding me!

Check out this email I recently received..

um…curious….what type of workout do you think i should do this week so that i feel a little tighter by friday?

I received the email on a Sunday, are you kidding me?! Now I love this girl like a sister but come on. How about putting down the chips and crackers 3 weeks ago!?

Another lady, told me she has her sister’s wedding coming up in 6 weeks. And needs to look good in pictures.

People why are you doing this to yourselves? Give yourself more time.

Think of bodybuilders for a second, these are people who are fairly dedicated year round, borderline obsession, and they give them selves 12-16 weeks to get ready.

The less time your give yourself the more extreme the diet has to be, and therefore the likely you will put the weight back on. If you look at it as a long term thing, which will cause it to be a lifestyle change the better off in the long run.

Now having said that, there are tricks you can do to drop weight fast and some fat fast. But again you have to be much more dedicated and be more aggressive in your diet approach.
